CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY
A little care helps your favourite pieces keep their finish. Follow the guidance below for our plated jewellery, and check each product page for its materials and any specific care instructions.
Materials & Craftsmanship
Our jewellery includes 18K gold-plated and rhodium-plated finishes. Check the individual product page for the base metal, plating and earring-post materials of your chosen design. Individual metal sensitivities can vary; contact us before purchasing if you have a known sensitivity.
Care & Longevity
To help preserve the plated finish, remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercise or using a sauna. Avoid perfume, lotions, hand sanitiser, cleaning products, chlorine and salt water.
After wear, wipe gently with a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth. Store each piece separately in a dry pouch or its original box. If it gets wet, gently pat dry before storing.
