Order Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed and confirmed before 1:00 pm AEST on a business day will generally be dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 1:00 pm, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please allow additional processing time during promotional events, sale periods and holiday periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Order Items

If your order contains a pre-order item, available in-stock items will be dispatched separately wherever possible.

Your pre-order item will be shipped separately once it becomes available.

If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different estimated arrival dates, they may be shipped separately or together depending on availability.

Express and Same-Day Delivery

Express shipping can be selected at checkout where available.

Same-day delivery may be available for eligible Sydney metropolitan postcodes on orders placed before 11:00 am on weekdays.

If your delivery address is eligible, the same-day delivery option and applicable fee will appear automatically at checkout.

Same-day delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or during certain promotional periods.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally.

We deliver to all countries and regions available for selection at checkout. International orders are sent using an express tracked service.

Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
