Yes. After your order is successfully placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting Customer Care.

Yes. CLAIR DE LUNE gift cards are available in selected denominations. Gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

All online orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed and confirmed before 1:00 pm AEST on a business day will generally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard shipping within Australia is free on orders of A$99 or more and A$10 on orders under A$99. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days via Australia Post.

Yes. We ship to almost every country and region worldwide using a tracked express delivery service. Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Use the tracking link or number in that email to follow your delivery.

Express shipping can be selected at checkout where available. The available service and fee will depend on your destination and order value.

Same-day delivery may be available for eligible Sydney metropolitan postcodes on weekday orders placed before 11:00 am. If your address qualifies, the option and applicable fee will appear automatically at checkout. It is not available on weekends, public holidays or during certain promotional periods.

They may. In-stock and pre-order items, or multiple pre-order items with different arrival dates, may be shipped separately depending on availability.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Regional or remote destinations, customs processing, public holidays, promotional periods, severe weather and carrier disruptions may cause delays outside our control.

Contact Customer Care immediately with your order number and the correct address. We will try to update it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. CLAIR DE LUNE is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information.

Please check your mailbox, safe-drop locations, building reception and with household members or neighbours. Then contact the carrier using your tracking number. If the parcel still cannot be located, email Customer Care with your order number and tracking details.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. You must contact us within the 30-day period to request a return. This change-of-mind policy is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

The item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, free from marks, scratches, damage, fragrance or signs of wear, and returned with all original tags, protective materials and packaging, together with proof of purchase.

Email support@clairdelunejewelry.com with your full name, order number, the item or items you wish to return and the reason for return. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, include clear photographs. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, CLAIR DE LUNE will cover the reasonable return cost or provide an appropriate return method.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for pierced jewellery where the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened, engraved, personalised, customised or made-to-order items, gift cards, Final Sale items, or items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged after delivery.

Sale or promotional items may be returned only if they are not marked Final Sale and otherwise meet all return eligibility requirements. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery cannot be returned for change of mind once the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened or removed. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items will still be assessed under applicable consumer law.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges through the online returns process. Please return the eligible original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item, size or finish. Stock cannot be reserved while a return is in transit.

If the item is eligible for return, request a return within 30 days and place a new order in the correct size. We recommend checking the Size Guide before reordering, as direct online exchanges are not currently available.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.

Please contact support@clairdelunejewelry.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the resolution may include a repair, replacement, refund or another suitable remedy.

Yes. CLAIR DE LUNE jewellery is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the warranty terms and exclusions.

The warranty covers manufacturing-related issues such as broken clasps, loose settings and faulty links. It does not cover tarnishing caused by chemicals or cleaning products, oxidation linked to naturally high skin pH, accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Email support@clairdelunejewelry.com with your order number or proof of purchase, your full name, clear photographs and a brief description of the issue. Our Customer Care team will assess the claim and advise the next steps.

Where applicable, EU and UK customers may have a legal right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, then return the goods within 14 days after giving notice. Certain personalised and hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded. These rights operate independently of our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, compensation or another remedy, regardless of whether the item was full price or on sale.

Our jewellery is crafted with a recycled copper-based core and finished with 18K gold or rhodium plating through an advanced electroplating process. Selected designs may also feature semi-precious stones; please check the individual product page for exact materials.

Check the materials listed for each design before buying. Individual metal sensitivities vary, so no jewellery can be guaranteed suitable for everyone. If you have a known sensitivity, contact us to check the design before purchasing.

The posts that pass through the ear are made from S925 sterling silver for added comfort and care.

We recommend removing plated jewellery before showering, swimming, exercise or using a sauna. Water, sweat and chemicals can affect the plating over time. If a piece gets wet, gently pat it dry. See our Care Guide.

The electroplated finish and protective coating are designed for lasting colour and shine, but no plated jewellery is completely immune to tarnishing. Exposure to moisture, chemicals, skin oils and friction can affect the finish over time.

Yes. Our pieces are designed for everyday wear. A little care—such as avoiding harsh chemicals, wiping after wear and storing pieces separately—will help maintain their finish and shine.

Yes. Our jewellery uses a recycled copper-based core, finished with 18K gold or rhodium plating depending on the design.

Gently buff your piece with a soft, lint-free jewellery cloth to restore its original lustre. Avoid using abrasive materials, chemical dips, or silver polishes, as these can wear away the plating and protective coating.

Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably inside a jewellery box with anti-tarnish strips or tabs. Give your jewellery a gentle polish from time to time with a soft cloth to maintain its shine and keep it looking its best.

To preserve the beauty and extend the life of your pieces, we recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming (in pools, hot tubs, or the ocean), or exercising. Prolonged exposure to water, moisture, and sweat can gradually compromise the plating and nano-protective coating, potentially leading to tarnishing or dullness.

Store your pieces in a dry area, preferably inside a jewellery box with anti-tarnish tabs. Keeping them away from humidity and direct sunlight will help preserve the plating and nano-protective coating.

Avoid all jewellery cleaning solutions, dips, wipes, and harsh chemicals such as bleach, chlorine, or alcohol-based products. These can strip away the plating and damage the nano-protective coating. When using a polishing cloth, be very gentle—excessive rubbing can gradually wear down the gold or rhodium layer over time.

Yes, you can. However, always use a light touch with a soft jewellery cloth to avoid excessive friction. Too much pressure or vigorous rubbing may gradually wear down the plating over time.

Yes, it does. Perfumes, lotions, fake tan, hairsprays, and household cleaning products can all cause tarnishing or oxidation of the plating. To minimize exposure, we recommend putting your jewellery on last when getting ready, and removing it first before applying products or washing your hands.

Measure the inner diameter of a ring that already fits the intended finger, recording the measurement in millimetres, then match it to our Size Guide. For the most accurate result, measure the exact finger on which you plan to wear the ring.

Measure near the end of the day when your fingers are usually at their largest and your hands are warm. Avoid measuring when your hands are cold or immediately after consuming a lot of salt or alcohol, as finger size can temporarily change.

A wide band usually feels tighter than a fine band. If you are between sizes, consider choosing the larger size, especially for a thicker design.
