Returns & Refunds

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags, protective materials, packaging and proof of purchase.

Earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for change of mind once the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened or removed. Personalised, engraved, customised or made-to-order items, gift cards and Final Sale items are excluded. Other sale or promotional items may be returned if they meet the policy requirements.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not offer direct online exchanges; return an eligible item for a refund and place a separate order for a replacement item.
