Returns & Exchanges

Eligible full-priced items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging.

For hygiene and customisation reasons, earrings, personalised or engraved jewellery, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind unless faulty.
